Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns
Products are usually shipped within 3 days of order date & would reach the customer between 5 to 8 days from order date. Some remote areas in India might take longer to reach.
If a prepaid order is placed for a non-serviceable remote area then we will try alternate shipping methods & would refund the order if shipping fails after 2 attempts.
If COD orders are placed for non-serviceable areas through our courier partners, we will send the order through postal service & will ask the customer to convert or reorder his product through the prepaid method.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Our policy for the above lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your order delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for any return (for refund or for exchange), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items (items purchased using a discount code or coupon code)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded at all & cannot be covered under our free returns policy.
If customer has used discount code or coupon code, he might still be able to get an exchange at a cost of Rs 250 per product if his area is serviceable for a return shipment.
Product exchange or site credit can be availed for size change, manufacturing defect, colour change, or product exchange or any other reason - 1 time only.
Only condition for an exchange is that the product should be received back in original condition.
Size Exchange- Exchanges would be offered for change in size for the same product.
Different colour or product Exchange- If you want a different product/colour from the one bought originally, we would send you a site credit coupon once we receive your product back in original condition & once inspection of the same is completed & found ok. Product change might attract shipping charge when new product is ordered using coupon.
Remote or Part-Serviced Areas- Some remote or unique destinations in India are only covered by our courier partners for delivery & they do not cover returns pick up. If customer's pin code cannot be serviced by our courier partners for a return then we will still offer an exchange- However customer will have to send the return product to our address at their own cost & we will process the exchange after we receive the product back.
Please ensure to keep the tracking number of the parcel with you & send us this information on email if you dispatch the parcel yourself.
2nd time exchange for the same order- If an exchange is required second time, Rs 250 charge would be payable to the company through bank transfer or credit card only.
Entire exchange process can take between 15-20 days.
Refunds can only be issued for manufacturing defect or if order is not fulfilled or not fulfill-able. For any other reason only store credit or product exchange will be given.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If original method of payment is COD, then refund can be credited to your bank account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days

To return your product, please follow instructions given by our customer care team & send the product back to us.
In some cases- once we confirm, we would book the return shipment from our side & the pick up will be done from your location without requirement of you generating the shipping label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Orders placed by customers can be cancelled & would be eligible for refunds (in case of prepaid orders) before they are fulfilled. Orders once fulfilled (dispatched) can not be cancelled & would be subject to the above refund policy.
