Every Bellezoe box is handcrafted in small batches to guarantee freshness. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation by email and SMS as soon as your order is on its way.
We currently ship across India. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within the windows below.
Delays caused by the courier, weather, or local restrictions are unfortunately outside our control.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery pin code. Orders above ₹1,499 ship free across India.
Each order is packed in temperature-protective, gift-ready luxury packaging designed to keep your sweets fresh in transit and beautiful on arrival. Our packaging is recyclable wherever possible.
As soon as your order ships, we send you a tracking link by email and SMS so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout — we are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to two times before returning the parcel to us.
