We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. In the rare event of a payment failure, duplicate charge, or refund due, amounts are processed back to your original payment method within the timelines listed below.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by location, and delays caused by couriers, weather, or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of Bellezoe.

Because our products are handcrafted, perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photograph of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Our sweets are handmade in small batches, so natural variation in appearance, texture, and taste is expected and is not a defect. Product photographs are indicative only.

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, ghee, and wheat. While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces of other allergens. Please check ingredients before ordering if you have any allergies.

All content on this website — including the Bellezoe name, logo, product images, packaging designs, photography, and written content — is owned by or licensed to Bellezoe and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
